The Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Sustainability Awards 2024
The Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Sustainability Awards (CSA) have been committed to environmental excellence since 2002, when they were launched by Sir Jonathon Porritt. Over the years, CSA has grown into one of Cornwall’s leading initiatives for recognising and celebrating organisations contributing to environmental growth, resource efficiency, the circular economy, and carbon neutrality.
With a mission to “Encourage, Reward, and Recognise Sustainable Cornish Businesses” the awards shine a light on the businesses and individuals pioneering a greener future.
Carbon Sense sponsor Carbon Positive Category
Carbon Sense was proud to support the CSA as joint sponsors of the Carbon Positive category, alongside the University of Exeter. This category celebrated businesses making extraordinary efforts to reduce their carbon footprint while promoting environmental regeneration.
“We are excited to support the awards this year and are honoured to sponsor the Carbon Positive category. At this crucial time, carbon mitigation and an embedded strategy to achieve Net Zero are vital to avoid further climate change catastrophes. Every effort to remove and balance emissions in our daily activities while supporting nature is worthy of recognition.” - Andrew Moss-Robinson, Director of Carbon Sense
